About

Section Club  is an online men’s membership that delivers curated monthly items, contemporary, athleisure and streetwear. The service features curated packages based on your personal style preference and provides access to exclusive content and member discounts in the Section E-Commerce store.

Section Club members pay £50 a month, plus any applicable taxes and/or surcharges based on your location.

Over the course of 12 months, a typical package will include two to three items. Every month you will also receive discounts to Section E-Commerce Store (www.sectionclo.com). Gift rewards for loyal members every few months.

There is no additional commitment after the first month.

Members will need to email Cancel@sectionclo.com to update their member status. They will then ask for details so they can cancel your subscription.

For security reasons we can only process a cancellation once a member has spoken to a member experience representative.

Members can cancel at anytime, however to avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must occur before the 10th of the month.

Billing

The membership fee is £50 a month.

The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you click Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For each subsequent month, Members are charged on the 15th of the month.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders or PayPal.

There is a £20 surcharge for Members in the USA, Canada. These surcharges do not include any applicable duties or tariffs levied in Canada or the USA that Members may also be held responsible.

Unfortunately, returns on Section Club packages are not allowed. Each item is curated for you, based on your style profile and size. However, size exchanges are allowed.

No, only one promo or referral code is allowed at sign up.

Due to how referrals and discounts are processed, we are unable to apply a referral code to your account after it has been registered. In addition, only one referral or promo code may be used at sign up.

Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are allowed, however you cannot refund a package once it is shipped. Each item is curated for you, based on your style profile and size. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. If you believe you have been billed erroneously, please contact us at CustomerCare@sectionclo.com.

You may exchange items due to size-related issues within 30 days of receiving them. Please contact our Member Experience team at CustomerCare@sectionclo.com and they will provide you with a Exchange form. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted.

Customers located outside of the contiguous United Kingdom are responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping on the way back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log on to your account and access this information in your member dashboard.

Shipping is free for all members within the contiguous United Kingdom. There is a £5 surcharge for shipping to Members in Europe There is a £20 surcharge for Members based in USA & Canada. These surcharges do not include any applicable duties or tariffs levied in Canada or the USA that Members may also be held responsible.

Packages are shipped usually within 7-10 days after the charge date. Depending on where you are located, packages can arrive between 2-5 days of the shipping date.

Apparel Facts & Care

No, for each given month Section Club members receive a package curated by our designers and stylists on style profile and the current season in mind.

Log into your account and access your Member Dashboard, there you can make adjustments to your style profile and sizes.

You can also email our member service team at CustomerCare@SectionClo.com to apply these changes.

All of our inseams are standardised. Section bottoms come waist sizes 29-33 inches and have a 32 inch inseam. Waist sizes 34-44 inches have a 34 inch inseam.

Cotton and cotton-blend items:
Machine wash on cold with like colors and tumble dry on a low temperature. Iron if necessary, on the lowest setting for that material.

Denim:
Machine wash cold with the jeans inside out. Hang dry to prevent shrinkage and to keep the color from fading.
